Shop profile
UK online vape retailer supplying liquids, devices and replacement parts after the closure of its former store network.
Overview
SMKD is an online vaping retailer operated through the SMKD website. After Smokers Delight Ltd closed and its former SMKD shops shut, SMKD Vape Limited took over the website, continuing sales of e-liquids, devices and vaping accessories.
The current service combines online ordering with UK delivery and telephone or email assistance. Approved retailers can also apply for wholesale purchasing, while the former shop list is retained as historical information rather than an active branch network.
Shopping experience
The catalogue includes nicotine-salt and freebase liquids, shortfills, prefilled and refillable kits, coils, pods, tanks and batteries. CBD vape products also appear in the product navigation.
Customers can ask the customer-care team for help choosing a kit or liquid. Retail businesses have a separate wholesale application and can contact the account manager about access.
