Shop profile
Online vape retailer focused on disposable devices, pods and nicotine pouches.
Overview
General Vape is an online retailer with a catalogue centred on disposable vapes, pods and nicotine pouches. A separate zero-nicotine disposable category sits alongside the broader device range, and the site provides order support through email and a contact form.
Shopping experience
The catalogue distinguishes standard disposable devices from zero-nicotine options and pods. Bundle and multi-pack navigation provides another way to browse larger orders, without treating those offers as a separate wholesale business.
The contact form accepts an order number, RMA number and comments, allowing customers to identify an existing order when asking for help or arranging a return.
