Shop profile
UK vaping retailer combining an online shop with a nationwide store network.
Overview
Evapo is a UK vaping retailer founded in 2014 as an online shop before expanding into physical stores. It combines online ordering with a store network across the UK, selling vape kits, e-liquids, pods and accessories.
The range also includes nicotine pouches, heated-tobacco devices and CBD products. In-store teams and an online customer-service hub provide product information and help with choosing devices and e-liquids.
Shopping experience
The catalogue ranges from starter and pod kits to advanced devices. E-liquids include nicotine-salt, freebase, 50/50 and high-VG formats; CBD options include vape liquids, gummies and oral drops.
Customers can order online or find a local branch through the store locator, which provides individual addresses and telephone numbers. The Evapo Club programme collects points across in-store and online purchases for use on later orders.
Customer support is available through a help centre, email, telephone and live chat. The contact page separates customer-service enquiries from head-office contacts.
