Overview
Capella Flavors produces water-soluble flavour concentrates for beverage, food and other formulation uses. Founded in San Diego in 2008 by Tom DeBiasi, the business developed from a flavoured-coffee company.
A 2013 partnership with Joey Allen of Allen Flavors became part of its development. Alongside its catalogue, Capella offers custom flavour work through its R&D team.
