Features
CILICON develops and produces ceramic cores in-house. Its platform portfolio includes DeliFlow, Roscentix, Formatrix and Reoregin, with different oil formulations assigned to specific core options rather than a single universal configuration.
DeliFlow is positioned for distillate, liquid diamond and live-resin formulations, while Roscentix is positioned for live rosin. Formulation testing is supported by a U.S. laboratory that tests client oils with devices.
The turnkey service offers OBM designs with custom colour, material and finish options, alongside ODM development. Packaging design, event materials, branded merchandise and digital content are part of the wider business offering.
Hardware support includes preloaded assembly jigs, manual and semi-automatic capping machines, and a voltage-calibration tool for oil compatibility. These are business production tools distinct from the consumer vaporizer range.
